Old Fashioned Bread Stuffing 
Makes enough for a 12 to 16-pound turkey

Ingredients:
2 loaves Great Harvest SAVORY CELERY & ONION Stuffing Bread
1 stick (or 1/2 cup) of sweet cream butter
Chicken broth or water reserved from giblets

Prepare Ahead:
Slice both loaves into 2" slices, sliced into cubes and stored in a brown paper bag 3-4 days before preparing stuffing (OR you can dry in oven for 3 hours at 200 degrees)

Instructions:
Place cubes in a large bowl.
Cut 1 stick butter into small pieces.
Add butter to cubes.
Add enough chicken broth or giblet water to moisten cubes.

Feel free to add chopped walnuts or dried cranberries for a mouth-watering feast

ROLL WARMING
· Line crock pot with aluminum foil. Turn to lowest setting. Place rolls in crock (with lid on) 15 minutes before meal. Leave extra rolls in at lowest setting and enjoy warm rolls throughout your meal.

· Or, preheat oven to 325. Place rolls on cookie sheet. Cover loosely with aluminum foil. Warm for 7 to 10 minutes.
