We LOVE great bread! We love everything about it -- the smell, the simple pleasure of kneading it by hand, the texture and awesome taste when it's oven fresh, and the romance of slicing it by hand.

Before the sun rises, we arrive at our bakery. We mill the wheat kernels into fresh whole-grain flour, warm the ovens, knead the dough, and our baking begins! The aroma of handmade cinnamon rolls, cookies, teacakes, sandwich breads, and specialty loaves, all made from scratch, fills the air. Our passion for phenomenal baked goods is the reason for everything we do.
